If someone is buying a $600k home, putting 10% down...their monthly payment would NOT be $3,000 per month.  

SFH for mtrs.Nothing came through.Latest deal looks promising; in 2nd stage for negotations.But there was a plot twist.My current offer is $12K below asking and the seller has accepted it but taken off the offer for seller buy down, and won't pay my agent's 3% commission. 

The main reason is other buyers who are better able to pin down operating costs will either outbid you because they have their costs right, or you'll outbid them because you have your costs wrong. 

ThenMailchimp **** me down, and two other email companies rejected my application.
