Just today I spoke to several entrepreneurs, one a boutique hotel sales consultant. 

The mayor of Oakland wanted to take over a cruise ship to house homeless; Gov Newsom says he will take over hotels to house the homeless-probably including room service and valet parking.

Here are some tips that may seem obvious, but are sometimes overlooked:Ensure the entire property is empty, clear and free of any items and most importantly, CLEAN!

I did not notice many tips on the original question, so I will answer here.The answer to my original question is (was): yes, but probably only if you created an LLC to receive your income, and had a bank account that showed the monthly income as of Feb 2020, and your bank was willing and able to take your app.
