I would guess from $250-1,000 for an attorney to draw one up.The problem with an attorney writing one up is that they use lots of lawyer jargon that normal people get confused by.

I am a newb myself but I would suggest you talk with a real estate lawyer as I've heard foreclosures can be risky and you end up on the wrong side of the law when trying to deal with them.But I don't know much about them.
