Intel’s $28 billion semiconductor project in New Albany, Ohio, initially expected to be operational in 2025, has now been delayed to 2030 or 2031 due to financial struggles and market adjustments.

I am a bit surprised that the per capita debt is not higher in CA.I suspect most of the higher per capita debt will be in markets with high housing costs because housing in those markets make up the majority of debt.
