Could someone enlighten me one how I should get started in the (Cocoa Beach,Florida) commercial industry?

In my case, allowing people to have a direct ongoing exposure to real estate and cash flow on a passive basis without having to understand the intricacies of the industry.

I've actually been interested in real estate since I was in high school (both investing and being an agent), but due to certain circumstances my zeal for the industry had to be put on hold.I decided to move home after college in order to save up some capital so that I can pursue a career in real estate and get into some investing once I moved back to the states.

Why would you need a management fee for a NNN or Industrial property?

While a lot of us are investors, there are also a lot from related industries and jobs (like your own) so you'll fit in great!

Wait til the kid breaks a leg, your wife needs surgery or you need some ongoing treatment.....the medical benefits can far outweigh the money.

I am new to the industry, it may take a while, but eventually my credibility will be noteworthy I figure.
