Like anything else, of course brokers have niches or certain types of programs that they know back and forth and others they may be aware of but need to study up on in order to truly sell/execute. 

I'm not sure I see a difference in the type of work.

But I’m still unsure on what type of property would be the most beneficial and easy to maintain from across the country?

What type of real estate investment would you seasoned investors recommend I start with??

Hello,Quick question about how the IRS looks at 2 types of income in your company.I have one BRRRR property and now doing a flip on another property.Does the IRS look at the 2 sets of income completely separately?
