First time investing
Hello, I am excited to say that I will be purchasing an Investment property within the next few months. I plan to occupy this home for a year seeing that I’m using a VA home loan, then I will be relocating to San Francisco. I do also plan on renting shortly before I leave. But I’m still unsure on what type of property would be the most beneficial and easy to maintain from across the country? Any tips?
