All too often, I think, most people assume that a happy life requires fancy cars/houses and a six figure income, and instead of it acting as motivation it cripples them from taking action.  

So yeah these are the actions I took to get this far.

Then if something has to be re-filed, a person has to be tracked down, a quiet title action has to be completed, etc. it is on them to use their resources to fix it. 

A non-working toilet or shower/bath may qualify as a breach of that warranty.

The MLS is going to get you a lot more action than here and it doesn't cost anything to list it....
