Only time will tell whether it was wise to purchase a Condotel Suite for this kind of entry level price, however simple mathmatics and common sense dictates in the positive with increased optimism about profits from condotel operations -- where buyers rent their units for a share of the rental revenue.

They get a realtor to come in and tell them "oh, this is nice....I feel confident listing this for $220k" but you have no idea if they got a dime over their initial investment or got more than the listing price.

Also, they have over charged on legal fees to do evictions, they have "forgot" to collect the additional rent when it increased, supposedly for 3-4 months, then suddenly found the additional rent they had collected when I was ready to file a complaint.
