We also rented units in partnership with refugee resettlement programs to recent arrivals; those were a bit different because the rental agreements were in the name of the tenants, but backed up by the resettlement agency paying hefty security deposits.

It's worked out great as I've done a few large apt deals and my experiences and earning potential is far greater than I ever thought was possible this early on.I say this because its natural to want the safety net from leaving one good paying job and wanting to jump back into someone else paying you for another job.

I purchased a home about two months ago, the deal was after we closed escrow the seller wanted to do a rent back for two months, which I was okay with.
