I'm assuming that you have read the foreclosure list that has been published in the legal notices sections of Fulton County Daily Report once a week for four (4) weeks prior to the sale of the properties.Assuming that, once you're at the auction, there is (or were) two separate areas for properties being auctioned off by either Auction.com or Fulton county proper. 

Homes prices can go up monthly (sometimes daily it seems) but rents cannot change until lease renewal.  

I'm working with an agent, watching the MLS on a daily basis, and have made offers on a handful of properties with no success (several second-place finishes, though). 

I decided on two daily actions — the second being a bit more unconventional than the first.1.

I know the median rent is awesome IF we rent and so is the STR for the area...( I already had it researched)..I can set it up to stream line it for STR / Air BnB and would probably make a killing - daily rentals for this house in that area are a low of 200 a night up to 400 or even 500 (but we do not have a pool - I can get one installed down the road if I keep it and want to continue Air BnB. 

I know many independent financial advisors, and they have told me that they receive PPMs from real estate operators raising money on a daily basis, so talking with them.  

The headlines of new companies, jobs, and developments seem almost daily.

:)  or like our business were we are out of state and no debt we get robo called daily on our properties  I grew up in the land business  and love it to this day..
