They rent those properties out make their money back in under a year very often. 

Also one of the lc has back taxes owed.

I had a nice investment with them and after a few months, they gave me my principal back.  

My only experience in real estate was purchasing my first house back in 1990 and selling it in 2003.  

In turn, I will develop skills so I can contribute back.

I'm reinvesting the positive cash flow back to my investment at the moment.

I have had to do two evictions: one was easy and the other was a real pain.
