You can build any site on there using Wix, and mind you my eyes are burning and I am getting outbreaks and hives as I type this.See,  the same reason why people go do stupid stuff like..

If you paid $6,000 for a study on a site that you didn't control, or own, you are correct - you'd burn through a pretty big chunk of Cash to have them perform this level of service on each and every parcel you're broker ran across.  

You're likely to quickly burn whatever relationships you make. 

Personally I would turn and burn this as quick as possible. $100k is a huge undertaking for your first rehab (Good on you for jumping all in) That being said, flip it, build up some more money in your pocket and just keep doing it again, again and again.

Burning relationships to make an offer that will be rejected is simply foolish. 

I had a fix and flip burn down because of a swatter. 

Otherwise, you could just be burning money.
