I am a homeowner from Newark, DE.  

I purchased a duplex there last month on a quiet cul-de-sac. 

In 1683, the founders came down the Woodbury Creek that flows east from the Delaware River and through town and feeds 7 small lakes. 

I specifically work in Philadelphia, Bucks county, Montgomery county, and Delaware county. 

We have a US company and a bank account in Delaware.

I've seen where they've been removed and the "de-installers" just stuck a couple of plugs of silicon caulk into the shingles.
