A friend of mine that owns restaurants there said that they are starting to hire again in the RV industry.I don't really have details but if that bears out you should eventually see a pick up in demand for your rental properties.Good luck

If its a non-bearing wall, they're typically 2x4s, larger for a bearing wall.
