., thanks for the shout-out, however, I can't provide an unbiased answer to @Csmba Siff's question because he's asking about my company so in this rare instance I should be the one guy who sits this thread out, I don't want to turn this discussion into a solicitation.That said, Csmba, no matter which option you decide to go with it has to be a fit to your goals.

I insure more than 500 units with REIs and in almost every case I have seen a single LLC with GL and a Commercial Umbrella will be enough basic structure/protection to build on as your portfolio grows and changes.  

If you quit at that point and lived on your wife's salary your 1 million nest egg would keep growing in the stock market until your wife decided to retire a couple years later.

This is the best place to grow your knowledge in Real Estate.

The space is also growing and evolving, so I expect crowd funding sites to become more robust over time as the industry grows especially as those key quality metrics become a well known standard to achieve.Title 3 starts this year which is going to be very turbulent at first, but it will really stretch the capability of the portals to manage a higher volume of investors.

I have been in real estate since 2003 looking to network with like minded individuals to help me grow my business.

I know I can remove the mold easily, but am concerned about future value and legal ramifications should the mold grow back.
