Additionally, bring it up during the interview always as it shows initiative, drive and "outside of the box" thinking which any interviewer or company should be interested in.

Check with DOT for any road widening that might take some of your land and reduce down the amount of parking spaces available.Make sure newly signed rent for that box building size is not inflated for the area where the seller in exchange for TI's is getting inflated rents to sell off to a buyer.

But the appraiser is still going to check the "manufactured" box so I imagine the value will be somewhere between an IRC house and a traditional manufactured.The MH Advantage Fannie mortgage is the new program designed specifically for these, and it is pretty attractive... 3% down.
