Austin area financing for commercial or multifamily?

Hi there -- I am looking at a few projects ranging from small commercial to multifamily -- wondering who to speak to in the Austin, Texas area about non-recourse financing for such projects.

Hey @AP Horvath - The minimum loan amount for non-recourse loans is above $1MM.  If your loan amount on your commercial property/apartment is below $1MM, you will not be able to get non-recourse.
