Looking for online rent collection recommendations for commercial properties.

Advice you didn't ask for Frank- do an online course that you can learn at your own pace.

I've seen Indianapolis many many times on the internet/ posts as a great area for first time investors so I decided to just focus hard on this area.

I'd suggest books, podcasts, and low cost online courses.

I would try searching for anything that gives what the GRM is in your market online.

It's also very close to Reed College, a $60K/semester school, so it would be a strong draw for wealthy visitors, campus tours/visiting parents, etc.Also- my primary job is an online merchant, selling on Amazon/Ebay and I require a large space for daily inventory/shipping prep.

Alternatively, if there is an online group of folks doing something similar, I'd really like to join! 

I’m also open to just chatting online and want to learn more with anything anyone has to offer but I’m not looking for a coach or mentor, just to connect with someone and maybe learn of each other.
