I agree, Redfin is the best MLS alternative platform IMO. 

Great idea of investing out of town, you will find loads of deals right on this platform from other investors.

Your research is thorough; crowdfunding platforms want "quality" deals with experienced sponsors.Before deciding to create and utilize my own in house crowdfunding platform, I checked the possibilities of utilizing an existing platform.  

Curious to know what other turnkey providers or anyone who sells homes uses for their platform?

If you have a larger portfolio or have properties that have a subsidized tenant is you may want to start looking at the larger platforms, Boston Post, Yardi, Onesite.
