When it comes to gathering information and learning, I have read 5 or 6 books on investing in real estate and have listened to podcasts and watched multiple YouTube videos explaining the process but do you recommend any certain books or articles that have really helped you?

Yes, I have learned soooo much from BP, so many pod casts, videos, books, but a mentor will help evaluate a deal to make sure the numbers make sense, assist with the rehab project, answer the calls and emails, display compassion, patience and kindness.

You could read books, watch random YouTube videos or seek a mentor.When I hear "a very good W2 job that pays well," my mind automatically goes to passively investing in a syndication but that's because my focus is on syndications.
