Mobile homes are expensive to heat and cool, as they're not usually very well insulated and they are basically a SFR - which are more expensive to heat and cool than an apartment.

Before you do that, install some passive roof vents or an attic exhaust fan on a thermostat switch with a passive intake on the other side of the attic.
