I live in the eastern Tampa Bay Area but am willing and able to travel all around the area and down to Sarasota (and farther if needed) for meetings and connections.I look forward to connecting with those of you locally who feel like sharing knowledge and even working together to help strengthen this area.

Personally, at this stage of my life, I choose to work from home, travel a lot with the family when I can, and leave the on-site micro-management of properties to others (so that I can be free to "chase the next deal" online from wherever I may roam - which leads me to invest in condos (essentially hassle-surprise-free), setup online infrastructures for management (managing teams via emails and telephone as opposed to managing properties hands-on), and aim for a multitude of "spreadsheet" properties as opposed to two or three "big money making" ones, which would necessitate personal attention in most cases.

I did some world traveling and then picked up another fixer house last year in SB county I recently sold (owner financed).I just got my California Real Estate Salesperson license last month as well (got tired of looking for a good real estate agent =) I'm with a full 100% commission broker in Orange County....I plan on giving people generous rebates if anyone needs agent help.
