But usually they let you see a few units before contract and all of the units after contract.It depends on the condition of the interiors, which may be indicative of the condition of the exteriors.

@Mary MitchellI think putting a large group of people under one label is not productive.I realise not everyone on welfare is a low life and I should qualify my statements by indicating that I am only referring to the 80% that are welfare leaches.Those with kids that would love to work should find a way to get their butts off welfare.

Personally I don't pay too much attention on what the experts say, I am far more interested in watching inventory and this is a good indicator on whether there is more supply coming to market, if this is the case then you may see a softening of this marketCaveat, I no zip about Florida, but just my approach in general

There are also various indicators that have driven various markets, for example Melbourne boomed due to immigration, similar to Sydney.What you have stated is correct in part but this alone is not what killed the boom cycle today in particular Sydney and Melbourne markets, the largest in Australia.I am 100% correct it is APRA that put the final nail in the coffin.

This is a safe approach but it will be a long outlook to produce significant wealth using this approach.Small multiplex in San Diego have better cash flow outlook than SFR.As indicated the return on equity has to be achieved via appreciation.
