I never used an attorney till recently and still only use him a little bit a good local bank is good to have Most brokers (multifamily) who transact most deals won’t work with someone until they have deals under their beltmy advice would be to get a deal or two done on your own before trying to build a team

I started by focusing my attention on finding an agent, who then had a long list of people in his network that he helped me round out the team.

@Logan Loughmiller our SOP on my team is to provide 3 inspector options that we, the realtors, recommend.

Asking if there are flip opportunities in CA is like asking if there are good high-school football teams in Texas.

So we need a third partner with money as I continue to hone my skills at finding and analyzing deals for profitability and we'll have our business core team.
