If I am remembering correctly, I think they banned new rentals in Old Town my last year there.

Do I think this particular area of town will improve over next 5 to 10 years?

The reason is because the town of Greenacres hates these secondary dwellings.

I should be moving to San Antonio this may and I was wondering what are the up in coming areas around the north east side of town as I will be working around there.

Paint and drywall are behind because the city couldn't get power to the site in time, making it impossible to keep the heat high enough for the finish material to cure properly, pushing every other phase out, and this isn't the only project in town.

I am interested in potentially investing back in my college town, in Kansas.

Is anyone aware of any specific towns or counties in WV that are currently looking good for SHF buy and holds or duplex/triplex?

I do expect to get at least another $5-7K for an annual bonus plus tax returns.I'm open to look at any investment property, but ideally I'd like to purchase a Cape Cod vacation rental.

The numbers look great for a out of towner, but the issue is the numbers don’t reflect the fact it’s in the wrong part of town. 

Assuming a reputable company did it and the town is happy with the work I would be ok with it.
