Offer to pay for 1 month of a storage unit starting 1 week before you close.

General feedback from agents was that although buyers liked the overall rehab & staging, the house is small and doesn't have a ton of storage.

My second flip I scoured craigslist, caught sales at different stores and rummaged through some furniture we had left over or moved into storage.

Its a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a ton of storage. 

Areas we like currently are large value add apartments, self storage and mobile home parks.  

Dec 19th a sink pipe burst on the 1st floor unit used by the landlord for storage and flooded that unit.

As a woman, I can live with smaller closets-  or with an outdoor shed for bulky non-clothing items, non valuable items for storage.  

Extra Space storage (storage rental) in between I-64 and Butchertown gave me notice that I must vacate my storage unit - the City is buying the property for the new soccer arena.
