In my opinion you should interview a couple agents and ask specific questions about the area, then give them the details of what your buy box criteria is and ask them if they'd be able to send over the links to any listings that might currently fit that box - even if you're not ready right now you can be open and honest with them about that, but this is to see if they really understand what you're looking for.

Thats the klller there and its going to get worse.Its also a market that is very cyclical so if you don't understand housing cycles you have to rely on luck.I sold my duplex there (Lehigh Acres) about 2019 and 1031'ed it.
