In this case, with both the LL and the doughnut chompers being essentially non-responsive, tenants need to document the situation and send certified NOTICE to LL, the Chief of Police, and, if necessary, CC the local news media.Document the situation with letters, photos, and multiple written tenant statements.

I know people who do it with note investing where they will wholesale notes through their IRA, but they are marketing and mailing letters through "their business" and then will pick one to wholesale through their IRA.

It is often easier in a balloon framed house to bring the attic into the conditioned space than try to air seal the tops of all the walls.However, if you do spray and insulate the underside of your roof deck in most any climate, but particular in a colder climate, you will also want to insulate the topside of the roof proportionately to ensure the roof deck remains in a narrow temperature band and you do not have condensation/moisture collecting in the roof deck.
