He hosts tournaments and donates to youth programs and gives away frisbees/coozies that say he is the area's "Ultimate Lender".If you're going to target marketing to runners or cosplayers or LGBTQ, you should go be part of their community, and give as much as you take.

Go to some of that agent's listings, punch in dates like you're going to book, and look at a breakdown of the host fees. 

@Zack Caracciolo I have several nice spaces that would be great to host this (no charge).

I bought that bare land in 95 for 27k and sold in Jan for 1.9million to a developer.. its across the street from the Graton Casino.. it was unbuildable when I bought it that's why it was so cheap but Path of progress caught up to us..

There’s a pretty robust community on Facebook for hosts doing this.

As far as networking is concerned, @Jonathan Greene hosts a zoom call once a week that covers different areas (NJ, Philly, etc).
