Hello All,I am looking to connect with residential land developers and/or construction companies with multi-family (duplex) experience in the DFW area.

I am currently renting a condo and the tenant has expressed interest in purchasing the unit at the end of her lease.

The cracks are showing, but are they creating problems or opportunities?

Was actually not the highest bidder, but the connection to the Agent, even though new, and writing the classic "pick me" letter helped.

Hey Marvin,There are plenty of markets in the Pittsburgh area that are appreciating…Charleroi is probably not one of them.With that being said, the recent news of the Nippon/US Steel deal is HUGE for a town like Charleroi and the surrounding towns in the Mon Valley area.

This depends greatly on working with the jurisdiction as part of permitting and entitlements.
