It typically takes multiple touches to convert a lead into a sale.

To echo Dominic, typically if you need to raise under $1mm of equity, the formation costs become overly prohibitive.  

They are on a big push to get back in the game though, have you seen their recent ads stressing that they only list private homes?

Then, I typically see them take about a half to a third of that number for the adjustment factor.
