These few lenders are considered portfolio lenders, and are not banks and not hard money lenders that will allow you to have way more than 10 loans and not even have to show your income and they are 30 year loans So what do u do get a few then wrap them into a portfolio?

@Javier Beltran - I’d invest your savings/Capital ongoing in index funds or if you’re really really aggressive, as private money / joint venture / profit share in someone else’s fix and flip in your current hometown that’ll 100% get sold before you need to buy a home.
