When you add all that up, it will eat more than your monthly posted cash flow over the long haul.Now, if you bought in an area where you could likely expect great future appreciation and could sustain negative cash flow in exchange for the tax deductions and future large appreciation, then perhaps you have a decent deal for yourself under such circumstances.

As more and more home owners find themselves in negative equity territory banks have every motivation to negotiate.I also think that a large percentage of the home owner population would rather avoid foreclosure even if that means hanging on to a home that is worth less than the outstanding mortgage for some time.So if somebody is willing to pay a mortgage for a place with negative equity the bank has every incentive to keep that person in the house.

From an SEO standpoint an external blog does almost nothing other than potentially offer some back-links.So moving the blog to an external site might work well for people that do not have a website or do not need/want to improve their organic search rankings.But in my case that is a large portion of why I have a blog.
