Hey @Rebecca Maas - I own a small brokerage that is focused on working with investors and I think typically it's best to start working for one of the bigger firms like Coldwell Banker or Keller Williams mainly because of the training and support that they can provide you when you are getting started.We don't offer any real structured training but understand the investing and contracting world of Chicago a little bit better then your average realtor.

I throw this in ANYONE's face, that claims "it works", and all I get is complete ignore of everything I stated and the response is: "I promise", or "I guarantee" without a single shred of basis, proof or evidence supporting their "guarantee".
