Depending on the state, you could be budgeting for the current tax amount only to find out your property taxes doubled because there is now 3 beds and 1 bath that they didn't know about till now.

@Tracy Belizaire what info do you feel you are missing, tax info is available from the county and even if a property is off market Zillow and Redfin usually have some details about it such as bed bath and sqft

Two units are 3 bed/2bath, one unit is 2 bed/1 bath.Have renovated two of the units post-purchase, as tenants turned over.Cashflow is net of 5% vacancy allowance, 5% utilities, and 10% maint/capex allowance.
