@Charles Burton thats a great start. being so young and debt free is a great place to be.

Make connections and learn from the "free" information that is given out.If you know your strategy, look for people who have done it.

As far as the water heater I would get in contact with my handyman who is more than capable of taking care of that issue, just frees up my time more not that I have a lot of free time either.

I was en route to Law School as recently as 2 weeks ago but varying circumstances has led me to decline that option as I believed it would ultimately slow down my true goal, which was investing into real estate rental properties as soon as possible.
