Frequently I dive in head first when finding a new interesting subject, willing to let the winds of chance fill the sails of my rickety boat built from twigs and driftwood of information I find.

This was a fun read, I for one am in the boat of hiring a property manager but that is just me, I am 1,000 miles away from my property and I like to travel, so I don't want to deal with it. 

So I'm clearly in the boat of "keep them" (selectively, not necessarily all), especially as you already spent time, effort and money on beefing them up.More so, your cash-flow sounds amazing, and I'm jealous when looking at mine in comparison to portfolio value.
