Public records at the county or online should tell you who owns the property, then try skiptracing that individual.

Yes you can export property data in CSV but does not include lat/long, just address as well as other public record information.

I keep them for my records, share them if I need to.I do provide tenants with a form they can use to conduct their own move-in inspection but I don't require them to turn it in.

We had one we could potentially intercept but Grandpa Died and 4 siblings were heirs filed no probate then 2 of the 4 siblings died still no probate was filed..We would have had to get 17 nieces and nephews to all be in agreement.
