This has made me realize that there is no better time than now to start my career in real estate investment as there is no limits to what I can achieve.

I work with many other investors to achieve their financial goal through real estate. 

I don't know how much it's worth, but it doesn't seem like there is a whole lot of room to pull equity out.

- What would be the quickest way (without a HUGE amount of risk...clearly there's risk in any investment) to achieve FI?

I'm not a big fan of tattoos however newer investors and wholesales should copy @Dev Horn's post above and have it permanently inked somewhere in there body that they see a lot of, whether belly, butt or forearm.Great message, Dev. 

They will figure worst case scenario which is whole loan spent and payment every month.  

But even if they apply without the fee, the fact that they know they've already spent the time to fill out the whole app makes it more likely they will follow through on the fee.

I think you can read in to how much cash outlay that leaves you to achieve this.
