Painting cabinets white, adding a backsplash, granite ctops, etc.  

Are there contractors that do everything other than foundation like roof & plumbing , electrical, interior & exterior paint, cabinets & carpets, laminate, counter tops, etc.

relatively cheap to do yourself, and way better than a leaking sink destroying your cabinets or possibly getting you out of the house on a sunday.

HiI'm looking for general contractor who can give me quote on a multifamily unit.The building isn't in bad shape, just need some work , paint new cabinets, some plumbing and I need an estimate.

As a relatively new investor i do not know the best places to buy larger materials ( cabinets, countertops, etc ... ).

This is exactly what I needed and I can not thank you enough for providing the information.this is just a partial list, but if you PM me your email i can share the whole home depot list with you so you get all the items i use. 99% of items are from HD in stock.... if i buy cabinets, they are Kitchen Kompact from HD as well - around $100 per cabinet on average

I can post the budget breakdown once I calculate it all out but some things we did to save money were:~$1500 on unfinished wood cabinets from home depot.
