I have both newer and older construction properties and I can personally tell you that the older the property the more expensive it’s going to be to maintain.

Once the construction was complete, we would want to either sell or refinance and take the cash on to build a dream home elsewhere.Comparable sales prices would be in the $450K to $550K range.

@Bee Starks it is really hard to say without a lot more information, but I would say that construction costs are super high right now.
