I have been studying everything I can find, from books, articles, forums, podcasts and webinars, for the past few months and am ready and excited to get started! 

We have about 1100 square feet of land and have been considering putting up a Single family (maybe 2 family if space and budget allows) modular or manufactured home.I don't think there's such a home in my city so being first to market is exciting and scary at same time.

I would also recommend travelling to see the actual properties if you are not 100% sure, this is your hard-earned money so you want to make sure it's going into the best opportunity possible.
