In the seven or so years that I've used this trick, I've never had anyone do any damage to my property.So what tips/tricks do you have in saving time, money or energy with your investment properties?

I also realize that I'm probably losing out on some good prospects by making them jump through so many hoops, but this has made my life way easier.I'm curious if anyone has done something similar or has any tips to improve this?

My income looks small, but my tips make up for it big time.

I'm hoping that the city/county putting some pressure on them might be a tipping point, considering it was a fairy large heroin bust.

One of our clients recently was caught by a roving inspector (or a tip) doing an illegal renovation which disturbed asbestos throughout the building.
