If the apartment complex is all 2br/1ba 1,000sqft units, look for rents on other units in the area that are of similar size & offer similar community features.  

Especially for a relatively smaller size park and on septic....You say does not have water or other utilities sub metered.  

If it were my decision--- Keep sink at Window, enlarge island to size of plan A, for some reason its smaller on Plan B.

While we've only been up and running for 5 months, we've had several guests bring dogs of various breeds/sizes, and we've had no issues thus far.
