Umbrella polices have the benefit of coverage beyond the property. 

Totally agree about the access to CTA lines--one of the greatest benefits of living in the city--having a world class, reliable public transportation system at our disposal. 

Also, buying in "as-is" condition is a huge benefit to the seller.

It is not illegal to possess or smoke marijuana in California.

In short, I don't see any benefit from the lender's perspective to do such a thing.  

But the cost of the month's rent loss plus eviction outweighs the benefit in my mind.

So if airbnb is doing all the automated messaging and you are NOT on other platforms (VRBO, Booking.com) then I don't know that YourPorter is a lot of benefit to you.
