How acceptable is it to add an addendum to the renters contract that if the property is to be sold an x months notice will be given and the lease will terminated?

Cops came and explained that it was private property, but i just had to wonder what he thought was going to happen with the cops. 

I have found that many of my investors have been having issues with fraudulent private money lenders down here in Florida.With that being said, I was wondering what types of precautions can be taken when dealing with a private money lender.

I am looking to get my LLC started this weekend, but noticed that some requirements are to have a business line and address.

If you understand an asset class such as real estate (or private lending, or venture capital ...) and can get better results for your IRA by investing in what you know, then a self-directed IRA makes sense.

However when the inspector showed up to complete the rough inspection for the beds/bath remodel (at which point I would present the letter from the engineer) he noticed the porch was new and decided to write us a violation on it..

Would like to know the approximate fees attorneys charge to file the Sce 22-5 Notice and then the cost to obtain order for tax deed.  

I personally would rather try to use OPM and put my own money to the best possible use such as doing private lending, investing in syndication or note fund, or even index mutual fund... all of those would yield me over 10% return.

The other option is to use a conventional loan but hard money/private money for the down payment.
