During this time educate yourself so that you know what role in the team/ partnership would be best for you. and practice those skills Just a heads up it may take a while to land your first deal, maybe 1+ years from when you start looking depending on you education level and partners experience.

I see offer pad and front door all over Vegas.. and they are buying houses.. and they use the exact same trigger words as wholesalers use on their direct mailor when a wholesaler has one of the VAs call me looking to buy one of my properties.has this created competition for you.. or are they just going for deals that are so thin U would not do them anyway?

In the event that an internal wire fails in a device and energizes the chassis with 110V, the ground wire will dump the current to ground, hopefully tripping the circuit breaker.Surges are an over voltage condition that is normally triggered by lighting strikes or other utility-related events.
