Once you have your license you will be able to advertise as much as possible and push your company through as many channels as possible. 

I wanted to do some sort of car advertising either magnets or sticker decals has anyone had any experience with this?

ONLY send any sort of advertising or offer to someone if you're absolutely certain they are interested. 

There are personal injury lawyers advertising everyday on TV  When we tried to move a LLC property  over to personals.

I've called Atlanta home for the last 6 years where I currently work in the digital advertising industry.I have grown more and more interested in real estate investing over the past year and I'm finally at the point where I'm ready (and able) to pull the trigger on my first property. 

I think it would have to be a pretty in-demand area for that to work, which it sounds like you might be in.And how would that work for the advertisement? 

How do you advertise your vacant units?

For example, an IRA holder could screen tenants, post advertisements (paid by IRA), hire contractors, select paint colors, decide on repairs, and negotiate contracts.

You can look in the paper and see who does the most advertising (usually they'll show lots of listings) and you can look online to see who has a ton of listings.Approach them.
