Are there any specifically for multifamily?

@Raymond Lewis  I don't have any specific referrals in the space you're looking for but you can just punch in "YOUR CITY or AREA" plus "ATTORNEY" into the search window above and check out a few bios and people's past endorsements to zero in on someone that fits your ticket. 

If so, Did it specifically state that you cannot build the structure as you mentioned?

I posted a quick intro last night and wanted to zero in on 2 specific questions with these goals in mind.1 Buy reasonably priced (aka cheap) condos to rent and receive some immediate cashflow likely out of state since the market we live in isn't conducive to cheap real estate.

Generally the non recourse commercial loans do not show up but this is something I would discuss with your specific banker to be sure.

For example, I manage receipts for my current AirBnB unit by creating a separate email address specifically for this purpose.

Without a specific property online reserves will be hard to guess but 3-5k a unit is a good place to start.
